How we collect, use and protect your personal data. Last updated: 2 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SUCESSO VESPERTINO – UNIPESSOAL LDA, trading as Sucesso Health Partners, a company registered in Lisbon, Portugal (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
- Registered office: Lisbon, Portugal
- Email: hello@sucessohealth.com
- Telephone: +351 920 674 187 (Europe) · +971 55 205 3031 (UAE)
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us:
- Enquiry form: who you are (for example investor, doctor, nurse or allied health professional), your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message field.
- WhatsApp, email and phone: the contents of messages and calls you send or make to us.
- During an engagement: information needed to deliver the service you ask for. For healthcare professionals this may include your CV, qualifications and documents needed for licensing; for investors, business and project information.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To deliver the services you engage us for: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To share a healthcare professional's profile with prospective employers or licensing bodies: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To follow up on an enquiry you made: our legitimate interest in responding to potential clients (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share your data with
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which receives enquiry form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), if you choose to continue your enquiry on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
- Our website hosting provider, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve the site.
- Our UAE delivery partners, hospitals, clinics and health authorities, only where this is needed to deliver a service you have asked for, and for healthcare professionals only with your consent.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some of the providers above, and our work in the UAE and GCC, involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or, for data you ask us to send to an employer or authority in the UAE, the transfer being necessary for the service you requested (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)).
6. Third-party content on this website
The fonts on this website are hosted on our own server. The interactive map in the footer loads its software library from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and its map images from Esri (ArcGIS). When the map loads, these providers receive your IP address and browser information, as with any web request. They do not set cookies through our website.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver our services and then for the period required by Portuguese accounting and tax law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@sucessohealth.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we only give access to people who need it to help you.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
