Saif Shah

Founder / Managing Director · Sucesso Health Partners

With over 15 years of professional experience, including 12 years in the healthcare sector in the UAE, Mr. Saif has built his professional career across the Gulf’s healthcare sector, progressing from a Human Resources Officer in Healthcare to the Head of Human Resources at one of the premier hospital groups in Dubai, and into healthcare operations and business development. He founded Sucesso Health Partners (a project of SUCESSO VESPERTINO) to give European investors the knowledge and connections they need to expand into the GCC, and to help European clinicians make the move with someone who understands how UAE hospitals hire.

European healthcare investors should not have to navigate the GCC market alone or rely solely on theoretical market advice. We combine our understanding of European healthcare businesses with strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC healthcare environment to identify the right opportunities, partnerships and route to market.

Our approach goes beyond introductions. We take responsibility for the complete expansion journey — from market assessment and feasibility through to setup, development, operations and project execution.
